Passport Services

Adult passport application (for applicants aged 18 and over)

Make an appointment to apply for or renew an Australian passport (for persons aged 18 and over).

If you do not arrive on time we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide the service.

If you are part of a family group submitting more than one application please book an appointment for each application.

What to bring:
-Complete adult passport application.
-Passport photos x 2.
-Original supporting documentation & previous passport (if applicable).
-A credit or debit card to pay the fee or an authorisation from a third party.

This passport is valid for 10 years.

Child passport application (for children under 18)

Make an appointment to apply for or renew an Australian passport for minors (up to 17 years old).

If you do not arrive on time, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide the service.

If you are part of a family group submitting more than one application, please book an appointment for each application.

Please note: If you’re applying for a child aged 16 or 17, the child must come with you when you lodge the application. If the child is 15 years old or less, it is not mandatory that the child come to the interview.

What to bring:
-Complete child passport application.
-Passport photos x 2 (one must be signed and endorsed by a guarantor).
-Original supporting documentation & previous passport (if applicable).
-A credit or debit card to pay the fee or an authorisation from a third party.

Certifying a copy of a document

Make an appointment to have a copy of a document certified as a true copy.

We do not certify the content of the original document, we make a certified copy of the original document.

You will need to bring the original document to the appointment as the certifying officer will produce a copy of this document during the appointment.

Affidavits

An Affidavit is a written statement that allows the person making it to present evidence in court or other legal proceedings. The person making the Affidavit must take an oath or make an affirmation that the contents of the Affidavit are true and correct.

Please obtain clear intructions from your legal advisor or the entity requiring the Affidavit before booking your appointment. Consular staff cannot advise clients of requirements.
